2007 on QF2 - Risepark Please To Meet You (aka ‘Poppie),
who is out of Ch Awesome's In The Mood For Risepark and Ch Risepark Aims To Please.
Peter Newman and Barry Day had planned to keep this bitch for their own breeding program however,
she is now headed to Australia to compliment
Ch Risepark Stylemarker (aka ‘Newman’) and the other Risepark stock currently in Australia.
Ch Risepark Stylemarker (aka ‘Newman’)
was titled Australian Champion
In 13 weekends at shows with a total miniature schnauzer entry of over 70
and starting with a Best of Breed at his first show to his title
earning appearance in near record time via a Best of Breed, Class in Group
and 21 point weekend at Juneee KC,
Newman took 15 Best of Breeds and Multi Class in Groups. This is no
petrol 6 or 7 point Champion.
In fact some would herald a New Champion as a Newsflash. If
you have seen the dog you'd most likely say: "IT'S HARDLY SURPRISING"
NEWMAN IS TITLED IN JUST OVER 2 WEEKENDS AFTER TURNING 1 & IN JUST OVER 2 WEEKS OUT OF PUPPY CLASS

under very well respected Judge Mrs Betty Stepkovich.

VON RUF MINIATURE SCHNAUZERS –
3 YEARS, 4 CHAMPIONS AND 4 ROYALS!!!!
The Schnauzerzone is the online home of Von Ruf Miniature Schnauzers. After showing
Rottweilers 1986-1997, our first Miniature Schnauzers, and always our sentimental favourites, came along in 2004 with our adorable salt & pepper bitch, 'Elle' (Australian Champion, 'Ebshine Prima Donna' - entrusted to us by Veeni Craig of Ebshine Miniature Schnauzers), & our feisty 'Black and a Half' - 'MAC' - most definitely a big dog in a little dog's body selected especially for me, and not without my appreciation, by Kerri Dean of Bayvista Miniature Schnauzers (VIC) and my Aunt Rayma Ritzau of Awun Schnauzers, who was the first to win Best in Show with a Giant Schnauzer (Australian Champion Awun Anchorman at the 1988 Schnauzer Club of South Australia Show.)
Within a year of her 1st show ‘Elle’ had achieved her sufficient to be titled ‘Australian Champion,’ and had taken Best of Breed a Royal. In fact not only did Elle take Best of Breed at the Hobart Royal October, 2005, but Mac took Runner Up Best of Breed at that same Royal.
But while Elle takes a short spell from the ring and Mac continues to strut his cheeky confidence, a true star on the horizon and assured champion in the making has made her presence felt: Lisa (Schonhardt Pussy Alacarte), made sure Mac took back to back Runner Up Best of Breed at the Hobart Royal in October, 2006 as Lisa made it back to back Best of Breed at the Hobart Royal for Von Ruf by taking BOB in her very first Royal. Hardly surprising though when you consider she took BOB in her show debut age age 8 months at the ACT Ladies Championship Show only 4 months earlier in June, 2006.
But if the
girls Von Ruf can shine, so can the boys. Not to be out done by Elle
& Lisa, Mac has now been joined by the latest Von Ruf, ‘Cheekychap
Stars Von Ruf’ aka Champ, who we are confident will make a some heads
turn when he makes his show debut in the coming weeks.
